Tie RODS
Can you actually remove the tie rods and replace them without having an alignment again just by counting the threads and turns when you put it back together? has it been done before

It can be done and with a lot of accuracy but you’ll still want to get it aligned. You don’t want uneven wear on the tires or you’ll be buying a set of those sooner than later.

yes it can,but you will still need an alignment fairly soon.
