Anyone do a ZTA conversion on their C5?
I see that the ZTA kits are for sale again. Thinking seriously about buying my leased truck, selling it for a profit, and then buying a 2010 - 2013 Camaro SS/RS and doing a ZTA Bandit Conversion on it.
Since I already have a nasty 2010 Supercharged Beast of a Camaro, and a 1977 Bandit, I think a ZTA Bandit theme converted Camaro would be the cat's ass for a daily driver. So - curious if any one on the forum has done a conversion with the ZTA kit, and what their experience is? Buying one already converted from like Trans Am Depot or just look at some on Trans Am Florida is absurdly expensive at over $100K - $250K! F that, I am a wrench and can paint so I would mod it myself. |

I'm a huge Pontiac fan and still have 2 GTA's and a GTO. Those ZTA'S are kind of cheap looking IMHO. Would have to get some wheels to match, work on the interior and still dont hold a candle to the Trans Am Depot guys. I'm with you though on not spending that much on 1, well maybe the 79 Bandit they did signed by the man Burt himself.
Love your '77 though, maybe convert it to an LSX and call it good???? Would almost be sacrilege though to mess up a nice cruiser like that. If you do it please post up some pics
