RS Headlight Issue

Hello all,
My passenger side RS HID bulb went out recently (The circle in the halo). And I found some cheapie lights on Amazon for 30 bucks. When I installed them, it stayed on for about 10 seconds then just turned off. When I switched the light of and on again it was the same result.

Question is, is the center build doing this because it’s not receiving the correct watts/volts or is it because they are simply cheap bulbs? I called my dealer and they gave me PN 19352020 for the factory bulb.

Another question: what if I install the factory bulb and it gives me the same result?

Anyone ever experience an issue like this?
