Spring Rates

Hi, I'm trying to figure out what spring rate I should go for when buying a coil over. I am looking for a rate that would be good for the track but at same time I can comfortably drive it everyday since it is my daily.

Everyone has a different idea of what “comfortable” is. My guess is you’re going to end up leaning to one side or the other on track vs. daily.

I figured that will be the case but what I have seen from some companies, they recommend 8kg in the front and 10kg in the rear but that seems too soft
