Unlock No longer works on FOB
So I started to leave for work today and I hit the unlock button on my key fob and nothing. Trunk release, remote start and Lock all work, except unlock. Now I have to unlock with key in door and hop in and turn car in to stop alarm blaring. Very weird situation. Anyone have any fixes or similar experiences. I also noticed that before I had to hit lock twice to activate alarm now it activates when I press Lock on FOB only one time.

There may be some kind of fault in the circuit board.
Do you have other FOB to try ? |

Do you have a backup fob? Try it and see if it works. If so, you've isolated the problem to the fob. If both fail, then it's time to look elsewhere (car battery, fob batteries, car electronics, etc).

Thank you both for the replies.
And I unfortunately do not have an extra FOB, just the one. |

The button on my one fob fell off I managed to fix it but I use my second fob now the one I didn't get converted.
You can get new fobs on Ebay or Amazon Then follow the instructions https://www.camaro5.com/forums/showt...=reprogram+fob
