Anyone Have Squeaking? - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Have noticed it from the shifter when im in Drive and Sport mode, that wasnt too bad but also when my blower for heat/ a/c is on low speed i can hear that squeaking now too anyone else run into this??

Check for mice.

Nope. Just brakes do squeak sometimes.

The only squeak I have is a kinda whoosh when I close the door (door lock I think). Nothing from the shifter.

Have you tried pushing on all the trim around the base of the shifter including the piece that moves with the gear selector while the car is stopped? Maybe you can isolate it that way. If it is the trim, I'd use a water-based silicone spray lubricant to see if it helps before taking it to the dealer.
