Factory fill
Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't all 5th Gen SS's come with Mobil 1, 5W30 Full Synthetic from the factory?

2011 SS, mine did and it was printed on my oil fill cap.

From my owners manual:
Use only engine oil licensed to the dexos1® specification of the proper SAE viscosity grade. ACDelco dexos1 Synthetic Blend is recommended. 2014 SS L99
