Ride Hieght
I just had my car aligned after doing a 15 in conversion. Since I decided to lower my ride height on the rear. Does the car need to be realigned?

Indeed. Changing the ride height will affect camber and toe.

Yes, as stated above. When you change the ride height, either up or down, you change the wheel geometry angles and need to realign it.
