Strange squeak/tweet from front end, NOT the bearing

Hi all,
After driving about 350 miles round trip to an autocross event two weekends ago, I started hearing strange noises and whirring at speed from the right front. Sure enough with the car in the air there was a noticeable clicking when turning that wheel. Sounds like telltale signs of a wheel bearing gone bad. Ordered a new GM genuine hub, replaced the bearing over the weekend, and hit another autocross event this weekend as the howling was gone and the car had wayyy less rolling resistance than before. Unfortunately, the squeaking/tweeting got significantly worse while now exhibiting no signs of a bad bearing. Now it is making noise going over small road imperfections (but not big ones) and every time I lightly press the brakes as well. I had the pads off when doing the hub and there's loads of life left on them so it shouldn't be related to those (did pads and rotors at the beginning of the year). I will attempt to attach a video of making the sounds while coasting around 20-25mph, but it doesn't pick up super well on camera. Any ideas or pointers as to what might cause this would be greatly appreciated as opposed to blindly shotgunning parts at it. Thanks!

I heard a light metal rubbing sound, Can you hear it spinning in the air? does the brake pressure change it at all? I would pull the rotor and pads again and just look over everything carefully. There is light contact somewhere in the area.
