3.6 LFX new clutch???

It's time for a new clutch in my Camaro. There is currently 120k miles on the car. Second gear has been weak and soft for some time when driving aggressively. Starting to notice it in 4th gear now. A reputable local shop quoted me $3597 to replace the clutch kit with flywheel and slave cylinder (and master cylinder if needed). I'm sure those are OEM parts.

Since they will have it open, I may as well put in quality performance parts. Not OEM. So, I'm looking for advice on the correct parts for my slightly modded car (see mods below). Thanks in advance.
