Hello all, I have a 2011 v6 and I am having trouble starting it… again

I had my starter, battery and alternator tested and they were all fine. This problem started maybe a year and a half ago and it comes and goes. I can never truly find the issue, at some point the car will just start like normal again. And then randomly i start having issues starting it again.I have to try about 5-6 times to turn it on for it to finally turn over. It wont crank no nothing, no sounds ether. No issues either the lights or any electrical. When i turn the key the lights and all turn off and once I turn the key back to the off position everything turns back on. There is this weird metal ball dropping noise that is constantly happening when turning on and off the car. Sounds exactly like the metal roller ball in a spray paint can. I kind of pin pointed this sound which is coming from the front of the engine/ where the throttle body is. If anyone has any ideas of where I can start or try looking. Im just super lost and very annoyed at this issue. Thanks in advance.
