Strange Rattle During Acceleration

2014 SS1 LS3 104k with factory short shifter, NPP Exhaust (Fuse removed) and a UPR Catch Can.

The noise I've noticed since I inheritted the car this past November.

I've checked the alignment weld tab that comes loose and rattles. These are both fully attached and I've even bent the tab out of the way for the day they do come loose. No loose clamps that I can see. I have banged on the exhaust with a rubber mallet. I'm unable to produce this noise or anything close to it unless I'm driving.

Any help, suggestions, insight would be great thank you.
(Bad enough dealing with dealer brake pad squeal that were installed the summer prior.

Salisbury Berlin.

Checked heat shields. I'll check more under the hood as well. Other thought was rock rattling.

does it happen at certain speed or RPM? Or just randomly?

This is a video of hitting the exhaust. There are no heat shields or loose bolts or clamps. The car has also gotten louder. What's the likelyhood the converters are coming apart?

The sound seems to be coming near where you are hitting it, Now sound of course can travel but it doesn't appear to be. Is the welded on exhaust hanger in the video leaking? make sure none of them are starting to break loose. the exhaust is very easy to take off and will come off as one complete piece. Take it off and do the same test off the car and rule out the unit it shelf.

Cant say I've paid attention to how the factory exhaust clamps together (or welded?) but I would consider shining a flashlight into each cat.

Check your tunnel brace at the front of your system, can't really tell, but it looks kinda close to touching the pipes at the front of the catback, maybe when the engine torques ove while you are driving it the pipes are touching it? And maybe when you are banging on it, it is touching? Just a thought. Sometimes when you have a 3 inch catback the pipes don't clear the brace very much, that's why I had to install a BMR brace on mine, or you could install some washers between the floor and the brace for clearance.
