What are you guys using to hold your cell phones

Stupid question I know but I am having a hard time trying to figure out what to buy to hold my phone when I want to use it for GPS. The windshield of the Camaro is so slanted I'm not sure its a good fit for a suction cup holder. They make ones for air vents but I do not want to break my vents either. I haven't had good luck with dash mounts either in other vehicles. What is everyone else using. This is my daily driver.

I some how prop mine up behind the shifter. Not the most ideal placement but it works for me. Something I might look into is if there's a mount that sits on the dash. My mom has one for her gps and it works pretty well.

I bought a scoshe I can't remember the spelling is a suction cup mount and holds well to the windshield and sunroof. I use it at the track when I record with my phone and haven't had any issues. It holds my S6 edge+ on the road course no problem so I think you should be good with regular driving. I bought it at Walmart or best buy can't remember.

iottie mount right next to the radio. Easy access to phone, and extremely solid.

I use my cup holder. Occasionally I will pick the phone up to see where the next turn is or I'll turn on my noise so that it tells me where to turn.

This was the smallest cleanest phone mount i could find. Works great! Mine is all black.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Universal-36...MAAOSwhkRWdxU9

U can find it cheaper than this too. I paid $1.39 for mine.

Pro clip makes the best. It's not the cheapest, but they are great quality and no drilling into anything.

This ^^^^^ .... I was using a holder that attached to the vents that worked well. After reading reviews and seeing pics of it installed, I ordered Proclip holders for both our phones & mounts for all our vehicles.

I have a GPS w/ suction cup that sticks to the windshield just fine all summer. A lot heavier than a cell phone.
