Magnuson Intercooler pump not working on brand new Install
So i just installed my Magnuson Supercharger this weekend myself with a few friends (brand new system) bought it from Lingenfelter, and I am having issue with the Intercooler pump not working at all.
I turned car to ACC as instructions said to verify pump is moving coolant/working and nothing, no coolant was being moved whatsoever just stagnant, even when car is running it isnt work. I checked the relay and fuse both are good and working, I checked power running to the Intercooler pump, totally fine. I also had someone turn car to ACC and I held pump to feel movement and after 5 seconds, I feel a very faint kick and then thats it nothing else. I put over a gallon through the lines and blew it through the system manually to ensure there was no blockage and to get possible trapped air out of the pump/system but still not working. Anyone have an idea what is going on? Do I just have a bad IC pump? Magnuson is ZERO help, they gave no help to try and diagnose or any help at all to get it working (figures - worst customer service ever). I believe it is a Varimax pump as that is what it looks like from searches. And God knows they are a PITA trying to get a warranty claim going for the pump. Is there a feature on the pump if theres air in the line to make the pump not work? Need some help to get it working or if I should work to get it replaced through all their hurdles or just buy a new one.
