Yanked the hood stripes
Had to do it as I kid we always said we hated the plastic birds (firebird) on top of great paint ... took just a few minutes and I am so much happier .

Good for you! So many camaros have stripes its good to see another stripeless! Goodd thing your car is relatively new so you don't have ghost stripes on the paint lol.

did the same thing, with the intend of having them painted on. But I like it much better now that is "bare". Might go with the painted stripes as soon as I settle on a new hood with true ram air.

I Like the spears... I think and I left the trunk .
A quick history My 83 yanked Stripes and painted the grey body color, My 85 same, the 89 Iroc Verty had pinstripes on the mirrors only, went Darkkside for a bit with vettes and back with the 02 b4c Black/Black Leather just a Dale Earnhardt logo as it is a rare car. But my Idea with this Car was to do the white nose wrap but have yet to decide ... I just could not see plastic on that hood paint!

Sadly yes I paid for em .... I liked them when I got it and for three rides only!

i like the stripes, but to each his own. However, I would be more worried about pulling that big red sticker you have on the rear bumper! (guessing the dealer stuck that on)

The factory stripes are junk. I bought a set w/the car and ended selling them to another member. Had mine painted on and they look so much better. Stripes are good.
