Interior Quality

I am hoping that this isn't a sign of what production will look like. You can click to see larger photo. Look at the seat and how loose the the leather is to the seat. I personally think this makes the quality of the interior look not as high and allows for things to snag or cut the seat where a tight leather would not have the extra fabric

I hear this is just at pre-production model interior. What you see is not final. They just made that just to show it for the show. I'm sure it will be much better when you buy the car in the future.

This is a pre-production car, so you're going to see quality and fitment issues. As mentioned, the leather interior replaced the cloth interior that car had prior to the Indy unveiling. I don't think you have anything to worry about with the final product.

we were told over and over that this was a pre-production car and that nothing was perfect in it... it is very close to production intent, but there are still things that are being worked out... and the complete interior is one of the things that was stressed as a "work in progress"... dont hold the production car accountable for these pre-pro cars... when you're trying to get cars built and shipped across the entire globe, you are going to have some rush jobs... and this is clearly one of those times.

another thing to consider is that these seats were not made in the same factory that the production seats will be made in later

All I know is the Black on Black car I saw last night at the Texas State Fair unveil had leather in it.

It looked tight and perfect. Also the leather and stitching on the Steering wheel looked beautiful, better than my brothers BMW M Roadster, and that car has one of the best stock steering wheels I have ever felt.

No not from the factory. The panels will be made available from the parts counter on the assesories side of the house.......

As stated THIS IS NOT production interior, you'll see things that don't fit right or there might be a gap in the panels.

If this was an "Unveiling" car to show off to the public, one would think they would do what they can to impress people instead of doing a half ass job.

The interior of this car is so plastic city and cheap looking, it would take a lot of money doing custom interior work to make it look decent. This car is just loosing its appeal to me but who knows, i wont completley wright it off till i test drive one.

I saw them, and touched them...I'm impressed.

I'm...trying...to......these posts. I find it amazing you could tell so much from a photo, or were you there? If you were there, you would have heard these aren't factory interiors, they are production INTENT interiors. They came from the design shop, not the factory. I'll stop there for now.

EVERYONE that hasn't seen the cars in person, ....ahhh screw it, go buy a Bentley.
