Spoiler Bolts, Oil Leak & Moron Service Advisor

I thought I was one of the lucky ones and did not have to worry about loose spoiler bolts - wrong. I now have a nut residing in between the sheet metal on my car. I put my Pfadt sway bars on the other day and noticed that the damn car is seeping a little oil to boot.

Called the dealer to set an appointment for both, and the service guy tries to tell me that, since I "refused" to let them do the spoiler bolt "recall" last time I was there, it may no longer be covered. Hmmm.

I explained the following to the moron:
1) It was a TSB, not a recall.
2) I was not experiencing issues.
3) I did not have time to wait for them to perform this last time.
4) I have put on a whopping 1,000 miles since the last visit.
5) Any issue is still covered under warranty.

He choked a bit and said "Ah, well, this just makes it more difficult for us on the paperwork side."

Whatever moron. Just fix it.

Shame is, I really like this dealer, but the head service guy is a complete boob.
