I wouldn't pull over for that. It looks more like a strobe kit on a show car. Sharp car though.

Cant ever tell i guess ,few years ago, in a town by me, they siezed a silver quad cab SRT10 Dodge Ram truck. They use it all the time as a unmarked police unit.

I'll post up when I see it but in my neighborhood there is a constable that just picked up his black 2ss/rs. He had the guy that did our stripes black it out (powder coated wheels black, dark tint, blacked out all chrome, tinted lights). All the strobes are inside the car so it looks pretty evil I'm told.
Pics will come as soon as I come across him. Maybe a photoshoot with the PLSX car is in order!

Some highway patrols buy cars like that for chases and such. here in Ct, we've always had fast cars, Mustangs, Buick turbos, Camaros and now Dodge Chargers. I wouldn't be surprised to see new Camaros around soon.

Nowadays the police are in everything. Mostly they use the undercover cars around here for drug use. We have pickup trucks, Explorers, Minivans, Tauras', Maxima's, Chargers, Fuzions lol. I could keep going on and on

HIGHLY doubt the police force would have stock Camro stripes on a ghost car. Thats some kid throwing lights in a vehicle. Funny how all these POLICE CAMAROS dont seem to be shown with actual law enforcement officers or at a police station!
Plus GM is producing a special Caprice for 2011 for the new police line. Not that Camaro's wont be used, just havent seen any that I would call official - yet |

I (being a Miata owner I guess you just seem to notice them more,) have seen what had to have been a stage II super charged first gen Miata that had been made into a low vis police car. The only real give away from behind other than it's locked in hardtop was the antenna array they had coming out of that thing. Saw it screaming past me on the freeway while I was doing 65
as if I was in reverse. Could just hear the difference between his engine and my little NA I4. I SO can't wait for when my Camaro is built lol.

Here, we've had at least a couple of instances where someone had a car that actually looked like a cop car pulling people over and robbing or raping them. And it's been more than one guy doing it. No way am I pulling over for a car that doesn't even resemble a cop car just because it has lights on it. |
