Eight Months ago, I went to a local dealer to order my car. I built my car for the dealer, put my deposit down, then................ The sales manager says they can't order it because of allocations. I was ok with that. Then 4 1/2 months later, I find out here,

NOT from my dealer, that the factory was not going to make the color anymore, I paniced.

So, I called and asked for my deposit back since they could not order my car, which I got back. I went to the other local dealer and they pretty much said the same as before, (WE can't order due to allocations). So here I was kinda freaking out because the car I have been dreaming about since it's returned was announced, was not going to be. I checked with a few dealers out of state and finally found one that could order it. Three days later, I get a call from my new salesman, saying that the order went through and his sales manager would contact me when the car came in. If I could have reached trough my phone I would have hugged him.

I asked him if he could give me an order number so I could track it which he did. I tracked it from the plant to the railyard to the dealer. Meanwhile, in the middle of December, the original salesman calls me and says WE can order your car now.

I told him that I talked to his sales manager a long time ago and got my deposit back. After some paperwork issues, I got the call today that it is on its way FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

howdy neighbor, seen you on Santa Claus lane the other day missed the wave though. Nice SS, would love to see the Maggie setup...I'm just starting my car savings fund for upgrades, lol.

Did you do the install yourself or a shop in town?

Oh and I'm in the summit white 1ss/manual with black hood stripes. Have you seen the IOM with the flames on it yet? To each their own.

Yes I did see the flamed IOM

but like you said to each there own. I had a shop here in town do the work, he did an awesome job. He did everything for me, the SC, headers, shifter, lowering springs an sway bars. I have new wheels and tires coming soon

anyway we need to get everyone together one of these days. By the way the Maggie set up is fricken Bad A$$.......
