it would be interesting to see...

Often in certain lights my IOM stripes look red. So mabye those on a VR car would almost be like a ghost stripe you can only see in certain lights but I don't know if its a close enough shade to really pull that off. And they'd have to be painted, the vinyl stripe edge would be too visible IMO.

I got the base 1ss because Im going to redo my interior. I have a RJT. I'm going to make the seats, dash, and door panels match the body color.

There where pics on here of that combo . The owner said the VR exterior brought out the red in the IOM interior so it looked more red. Pics looked good from what I recall.

When they sold Atomic Orange on Corvettes, red was not available as a standard interior. You could however order the 'taste override' option and get the red interior with the orange paint.

I don't see how that's any different when you switch the colors around.

Most people will say it looks bad and will be a custom order situation only.

those colors together wouuld clash big time.your interior would look good with black,white,red ,blue,gray,or yellow,but not orange.personally if i had the VR,i would have the black leather.
