2010 or 2011

Since there are no benefits or incentives to buy a 2010 should I just wait a month till the 2011's come out. I mean why buy a 2010 fo the same price as the 2011?

If you want an '10 I would shop around. Just bought '10 2SS/RS, auto trans. with rally stripes for $35,225 before taxes and fees. Bought it from Becky of Rodgers Chevrolet on this forum. She is awesome and guides you through each step of the buying process without any pressure.

What makes you think they will be the same price on the lot, I nevers seen a previous year model the same prices as the current year. You might save a couple thousand

I would think there would be a price increase on the '11's.

suposed 2011 1LT will start at $25,200 from the $23,880, so whats my incentive to buy 2010? $1320....I think I'll wait.

Wait until you can go to a dealership and see both side by side, that way you can haggle with the dealer for the 2010

depends, are you gonna get a 2ss or 2LT(because both these trims get the HUD)? are you waiting for the synergy green color to be available on all trims (not sure about LS)? if not just pick one off the lot.

I'd be snooping around now to see if you can find a dealer whose willing to deal on a 2010... Start by offering $3K under sticker and see if they take you seriously. You have to be willing to buy (i.e. drive it away that day) to get their best deal. Just say "I'll give you $xx,xxx today... otherwise, I'm going wait to see the 2011's...". Its amazing what a dealer will do to close a sale before you walk off the lot.

IMO: Assuming that you plan to keep the car less than 8 years, if you can't get $2500 off on a 2010, then your better off paying sticker for a 2011.
