What's the difference in RS and non-RS taillights
I really don't see much but not many pictures to compare with...

RS Tailights are slightly darker in color. If you park them side by side you can see the difference.

Behind the lens (which is the same), the RS housings are black at the edges, standard are chromed 100%.
