With all the problem with XM everyone is having and with GM monitoring this site they have got to know this problem exists. Why don't the put some pressure on XM?

After my thread rant, they have still been calling me. I answered the phone the second time they called today and gave the poor woman an earfull. She happened to be a "supervisor" and was very apologetic. I asked for a number for administration or someone not on the floor and she gave me 877-224-8720. I haven't checked if that's the same as the one on all of their correspondence, but try it if you need to.

I am on the phone with the bank as we speak to stop the charge. I got the same phone number off the net, but of course they closed at 10:30. What do you want to bet that two idiots that work there said "lets see who we can mess with this subscriber tonight".

I'm glad they have my old CC, that has since been deactivated so they don't try to pull that kinda of stuff with me.

Sounds like you're gonna get an extra year free service for that screw up. That's insane, really.
