CAI opinions/options?
After rummaging through the forums for quite some time, I'd like to try and get all owners with CAIs to provide some feedback on their opinions of their respective system (Installation pros and cons, sounds, etc.). While subjective in nature, it's a good starting point for those (including myself) to start their research into ultimately pulling the trigger and buying one.
Kudos to JannettyRacing for providing the more technical stand point with HP/TQ gains for some of the available systems out. |

most people will say buy what you thinks looks nice to your eye and some hp of corse .these threads have been started a million times and it all came down to your personal preferace .i myself asked and asked but i decided on roto fab .i liked the looks and it gave me some power i also have the muffler delete and the intake made it much louder .this is my personal opinion

Out of the Air Raid, Roto-Fab, and aFe units we've tested in our LS3 car, I've liked and kept the aFe piece installed.
The fellas are right..it just about comes down to looks now. There really isn't one that does a justifiable "better" than the other thing. Not one of them takes more than 45 minutes to R&R. Easy stuff!! Be happy to give you a quote on any of them if you'd like! Thanks, Ivan |

Rotofab get my vote.
Reasons: 1. Price 2. Performance 3. Customer service 4. Looks 5. Matching radiator cover 6. Easy to clean 7. Easy to paint 8. 30 min install like it and company enough to sell to 5/6 other people in our group. Would not sell it if I did not like it cause I have to see these people every week and I already give them enough reasons not to like me...
