What to upgrade first?

Hi guys,

I've had my car for only a couple months now. Yesterday made my "mid break-in" oil change (800miles) lol...

Eitherway, I'm saving up some money for some upgrades. I have the stock 18" wheels with all seasons... I wanted to get some 20" with Pirelli Summer.

However, I also want CAI, LT Headers, and Catback Exhaust, and maybe lower the car by an inch. Since I will only get one thing at a time... which one should i get first?

-Wheels
-CAI
-LT Headers
-Exhausts
-Lowering Springs

I know some are a lot more expensive than others, but eventually I'll get them all done anyway... just wondering which I should do first =D if you have any advice and experiences please share. Thanks!

I would say exhaust. It just makes you happy to drive!! My other best mod is my short shifter, really made me want to drive this car. Good luck!

This is my order...

1. Axel/Cat-back (done)
2. Cold Air Intake (done)
- I'm not getting wheels, but I'd get them here. In fact, you should burn your tires off before buying new wheels, haha.
- I'm not lowering, but I'd do that here
3. Headers (I'm going shorty for California emissions, next year)

+1 The sound is worth it's weight in gold. Plus you drop some weight and those ugly suit cases.

Wow... I really thought Intake would be the first one you guys would suggest lol. OKAY THEN! That is enough recommendations that I think I'll go exhaust =D.

Is there a problem installing a Catback exhaust first though? I mean, when I get the LT headers, hopefully with Highflo Cats, it won't mess up my exhaust setup right?

Nope. You'll have to do some cutting and welding anyway. It'll get done. Just make sure you keep the back pressure consistent by running the same diameter (I believe 2.5") the entire way back. I know it seems like less back pressure would = more power, but it doesn't work exactly like that. Run a well thought out system.
