Thumbs up MBRP Exhaust

My Camaro was rear-ended 2-1/2 weeks ago. Driver had no license, insurance, or auto registation as required in Hawaii. Driver has limited assets. I am taking a loss($$$) on the damaged MBRP exhaust since it is a non-factory modification and won't be covered by my insurance. I called MBRP in Canada last week Thursday, July 8 and spoke to a rep. I explained I needed replacement parts for a repair the following week. She checked and said there were no spare parts or full sets in inventory and they were backlogged 2-weeks on orders. I asked if she could work some magic and thanked her anyway just for her understanding. She'll try to speak to manufacturing on Friday, but no commitments. Understandable. I receive a call 20 hours later on Friday saying the parts were made and met the outbound international shipping deadline that day. She was surprised as well. I receive tracking number and follow-up emails later that day. Yes, this is only mandrel bent SS pieces, but polished, too. This is what I call EXCELLENT customer service. I will be following up appropriately with that rep and company regarding their response.

Two thumbs up for MBRP !!!

Too bad local exhaust companies want to charge an arm, leg, and first born child for custom 3" mandrel bent SS pipes. Price we pay to live in Hawaii...
