Old school shifter boot
Has any one with an after market manual shifter tried to install a Hurst shifter boot like this? The part # is 1144580 and the dimensions are 5 1/4 X 6 1/2. Will it fit under the console and look good? I have thought of trying it.

They also make that type of boot in a round version which may fit better. There's only one way to find out, go for it. |

I have seen the round one, looks like it belongs in a VW Beetle circa 1965. I might go for it.
