That is an old pic on the brick patio at the GM Design Center here at the GM Tech Center

I believe that silver version is a clay model that is actuall split in half with one design on each half, also that 1969 is owned by Ed Welburn, GM VP of Global Design

Good call. Look at the front/tip of the nose. It's split in half...well, different shape and size.
