So here is your advice for the day. - Order directly from Indpowr!

An update on this... INDPOWR contacted DSV and i received an e-mail indicating that I would receive the full amount credited to my card. I am waiting on that to flow through. Full disclosure on this issue; INDPOWR was extremely helpful during this process, getting in touch with DSV and really helping to get things moving. Like I said, the product itself is very good. I would advise anyone ordering DSV products in the future to order through INDPOWR http://www.***********.com/

I am glad to see it all worked out. Sorry for the lack of communication and put some polices in place to not let this happen again.
