Just bought the ipad 3 with smart cover. This finding is AWESOME. May end up cancelling my xm now.

So no issues with it sliding off at all?

I bought a ProClip for the side of the center console for my iPad and it doesn't even come close to fitting there. The ProClip in that location is for a phone only, FYI!
