Yep the ls is the same engine. I will say the biggest performance difference is the rims the heritage rims are heavy and really hurt performance. Outside of that we are all modding the same care.

They are the el cheapo rims I should get rid of but don't mind right now. A lot of salt and snow on the ground.

It's the fiberglass one that I've only seen on e-bay. I bought it privately off craigslist. It just didn't come with the striker (latch).. so I had to buy one. Gaps are fine, just one corner (drivers side near the window) sits up just a little bit. The shop is going to try to fix it tomorrow morning. Overall nice fit though.

got an ls on the way. already have my cai intake and elite catch can, will be getting tint and a car cover when it the car shows up, and aftermarket wheels somewhere down the line. would like to get a supercharger, but probably not right away
