Like I said... just a random crazy idea.

If it did work, How long would the Dry Ice last assuming it had a positive affect?

Just trying to think inside the box! [/QUOTE]

Well, assuming you don't mind the seal on the washer fluid box being blasted open when the dry ice vaporizes, I imagine the extra cool air would help.

Kidding of course...

Andy,
I installed my CAI within hours of receiving it and I am very happy with the product!!!
Great job on the CAI very nice and amazing quality and craftsmanship, better than the OEM for sure. I can hear and feel the power diff, I love the fact that the MAF is in the air box, everyone I talk to said that is definitely the way to go so there is no heat soak problems.

Driven over 1000 miles since the install and, no problems, no codes, just raw power. This car loves to breathe!!!

If you are looking for a CAI, ADM is the only way to go.

Thanks again!!!

Thanks for the help today Andy! I got mine all installed - with a couple of calls to Andy. Looks good, no numbers to tell. There is a gap though on the fender side and at the bottom. Not sure about that...I'll take another look tomorrow.

Thanks!
Michael J.

$499 Street Version

$599 Race Version (you delete your windshield washer bottle and the kist adds an air scoop that mounts in the bumper and channels air directly into the air box)

how much extra work to install the race version? i'm thinking the air scoop might be a PIA considering its location. i'm in for an ADM cai, just trying to decide which one.

I can't speak to the level of effort required, but the ADM Performance website has an upgrade kit available. Looks like it's $139 for the upgrade kit. Cheaper to have gone straight to the Race Kit instead of the Street, but if you're at the street it seems like a good price to get to the Race.

I am still undecided on which CAI to get, but this one looks pretty good.
