Fbodfather is right. The best way to handle this is for GM to quietly deal with it through legal means. Slapping it all over the internet will just look bad. Major props to the people who found this and tracked it down. I can't believe a law firm would do something like this, but some of the lower end firms are pretty out there and I'm betting they're counting on GM not pursuing heavy-handed legal action for image reasons. I would imagine they're just waiting for a cease-and-desist letter and will then simply move on to a new advert. Then again I'm no legal expert.
