Exclamation This is why you don't put HID's in your fogs...

The previous owner of my car installed(term used VERY loosley) an HID kit in the fogs....This is what happened...






That is my new housings next to the bad ones. Not only was the clear lense melted and messed up, the reflectors inside and even the plug connector was melted beyond repair. Just take this as a caution!!!

using hid bulbs in the fog lights are bad , plasma bulbs are your best bet. the area is way to small to allow proper cooling to they melt. it happens a lot
