Skip Shift
George, just checking - I am hoping/expecting the skip shift interlock to be gone in your product.
Please confirm. What will be needed or what do you recommend be done in regard to the wiring to the related solenoid? . .

that's not something that can be done with a shifter...it's in the computer. You need the solenoid to disable it or if your planning on getting a tune, it can be disabled.

TAhe stock shifter has its operation modified under low RPM shifts, this is accomplished by a combination of mechanical and computer means. I am hoping George's design is not providing the mechanical interlock part. If this is true there still is the computer side, the computer is expecting to control our shifting operation - I am asking how he recommends addressing this ...

Just wanted to clarify this after some added research: "Out and Shipping" is correct - from Hurst directly (www.hurst-shifters.com). Still not available from/through GM.
