Halos, without a doubt.

You'll regret seeing them on another Camaro, late at night.

As I posted when I took Thor to Florida, the HID lamps are the best driving lights I've experienced. I would pay for the RS just for the HID lamps. Halos also look cool as an added plus. Halos are mostly for show.
