I got the auto since it will be a daily driver and my 2 four-legged babies go to work with me every day. I got everything on it except stripes and ground effects. I wish I had gotten the ground effects and may get them to order them for me. I have ordered some stripes with "SS" on them for the sides of the hood scoop. I couldn't decided which stripes I liked or if I wanted to cover any of the IOM since its so gorgeous. I saw these stripes and really like them. I'm still on the fence about gill decals. I was just wondering how our orders compaired...we are very close except we orderd stripes...it would seem that the builds would be at the same time with ours taking a little longer because of the stripes...I do like the side of the hood scoop stripes...are they white or black...I am thinking about the Hennesey polished cold air intake that claims a 14 hp gain over stock for my first engine mod..I haven't done any reasearch on chips yet

I ended up getting the gloss black for the stripes. I have seen that Hennesey seems to make some good stuff. I need to get started researching on the engine mods. I had to start with cosmetic stuff first though! ;-)

Wait im lost, so how do you get your VIN before the cars built or before the week of 10/19/09. I thought you always got your VIN after the cars were built...can someone clarify?

you get the VIN once the car is built..

but we think they may be a little ahead of schedule, so we may have a VIN before 10/19

that will look really nice...we have some really nice black fade gills that I will top off with Emblem Pros thin lazer etched stainless steel gill inserts along with their stainless side marker light trims and backup light trims...we have an original equipment CAMARO and SS with a slash and RS emblems for the dash..we're also doing a mate black between the tail lights and leaving the gold bowties as is

I asked Viz on 10/03 the status and I was at 3400. I was hoping that maybe I would hit 3800 early with a vin ,but Viz confirmed with me either this past Thursday or Friday that I was still at 3400.

I noticed that some with TPW 10/05 still haven't got their vins.

Wow...that all sounds great especially the emblems for the dash. Ya'll are way ahead of me. I think it is just now feeling real. I think next thing I'm going for is some cool floor mats.

Would yall get Weathertech floor mats for the camaro? I happen to have them they work real well in my jeep. So im considering getting them for the camaro...cuz i have gray interior and i dont want the floor to get dirty.

I don't give a hoot about Columbus Day, but I'm excited to say that we are only one week from TPW!!!

I'm hoping for 3400 tomorrow and to start seeing some 3800s middle of the week. It is a full week early, but you've got to have faith!

GOOD MORNING GANG...just another day in paradise...one day closer to the car of a lifetime...the way I understand it we will get the next update from VIZ on maybe wednesday and sumptin tells me {my crystal ball }that it iz gonna be good news
