If I add a powerbond 25% underdrive pulley to my bolt-on car will I have to get my current dyno tune updated for this or will it not affect the dyno tune at all?

I'm not a tuner, but I don't believe so. You aren't affecting air or fuel just the load. I mean maybe some small tweaks could be done but I don't think it would be "needed"
