How do I check fuel pump and pressure?

I think my fuel pump doesn't work. How do I check fuel pump and pressure on A Camaro 2012 SS?

Update: I have pulled this info with OBD tool:

Fuel pressure: 310 kPa (45 psi)
Fuel pump Commanded state 52 % (then I increase to about 60 it drops back to about 50 - doesn't know meaning of that).

If I have understand the service manual correct the fuel line pressure should increase to greater than 410 kPa (60 psi)

Yeah I think that is a little low. Mine at idle is right at 58 psi.

Yes, I will buy a mechanical fuel gauge!

Video from latest start: https://youtu.be/j9eKtrIbaTo

I have used STP injector cleaner and and added another 3 gallon gas today. Think the car runs a bit better after running engine (not driving) for about 15 minutes.

As the OBD-reading shows it's also up to 400 kPa/58 psi. Can it be there is dirt and water in the lines? During engine restoration the car have stand still in garage for 1,5 years. But still no idle below 600 rpm.
