Question for ya'll, our invoice says our car comes with summer only tires, but we didn't get the rs package, do all the ss come with summer only tires?

got my car today at 12:30. Its a funny story. I was at the welding supply and heading to the steel yard when I drove past the dealership. I saw a hauler hidden and could see some trucks up top. I turned down the back road and there it was. The last car loaded on the truck. I ran in and got my salesmen, assured him I wasn't stalking them but my car had just gotten there. 2.5 hours later it was ready to pick up. 10 mins in the finance office and we were done. Weee. Drive it like I stole it. Break her in.

kinda funny i called the tracking number and i got a no status and i felt so much better hearing that than my railcar was lost lol

First wash (after dealer) and in Sunlight
OK guys, just to keep some of the anticipation for you on the edge...here's a photo after it's first wash at home. Notice it's older brother across the street and behind.
Some interesting things I happen to notice about the new family member: -No lock on the passenger door. -Backup sensors don't have visual indicators, although the manual talks about them (or I haven't backed up at night and noticed the red/yellow/green lights on the back deck). -HVAC system controls don't display their temperature settings on the Info Centre/Radio Display. -No seek controls on the steering wheel. -Instrument cluster is brighter than the ABL. Also, was at the facility that puts the stripes on, and mentioned that I had to wedge some paper towel between the deck lid and the front edge of the spoiler, as the stripe was not adhered to the spoiler in two places. Currently there seems to be an issue with the adhesive for CGM (ours) and white at lower temperatures. My wedging the paper towel to push the stripe against the spoiler is the same trick they use at the stripe facility when the temperature is lower. |
