I'm gonna be purchasing a Procharger kit soon and was curious what am i gonna need for a fuel system. I already spoke to someone at Procharger and they told me Since my car is already modified then I would need to get the tuner kit Part #1GT302-D1SC ,Which does not come with any fuel system parts because they would not supplying the tune (since I've already modified my car)
so I am wondering what everyone else has done for the fuel pump and injectors. I've heard the ZL1 pump is pretty good for lower HP. or maybe a boost-a-pump and I'm all ears on the injectors haha Also, Could I go head and upgrade my fuel pump now before I do the procharger install and still enjoy the car or would i need to get it tuned anyways. I'm trying to make it to where i could just do the procharger install by itself on a weekend that ill have time off of work. Thanks btw It's a 2015 Camaro SS GPI ss3 cam w/supporting mods ,Kooks LT headers, 3inch stainless exhaust, gpi rod mod /ported intake , ported throttle body ,CAI ,tru-trac |

I'm sure others will chime in but it depends on how hard you want to spin the Procharger, what is your HP goal. A ZL1 pump with a boost a pump will handle 650 (that's where I'm at) without issue. Start going much further you'll have to up your system. Some others will probably chime in, who have more experience with higher HP.

I have an AGP twin turbo set up with a BTR stage 2 twin turbo cam. I went a little big on injectors for some future growth, they are 1000cc. I ordered them with the kit, they are made by AUS out of Tempe Arizona. With an aux pump and a set up like mine guys have done mid 900's safely.

Also have an AGP twin turbo setup. Did the AUS injection 1400cc injectors and AGP triple pump fuel system. My end goal is 1200-1500whp. As said a ZL1 fuel pump with a BAP will get you over 700.

I did the squash dual pump with ID1050x for a single turbo install. Initially I did snake eater 1500’s but with Chinese injectors you run into tuner problems. Just putting that out there.

I'd skip the boost-a-pump and go straight for the DSX aux pump or a drop in fuel pump.
You'll find that some people don't like the dsx because you have to drill and tap the tank. If done right it's not an issue. The install has to be done right or there is potential for leaks. I did mine and it's been flawless, however, I don't daily(or even weeky) my car. The fore drop in pump has issues of fuel starvation below 10 gallons of gas due to the fuel bucket being eliminated. I believe there is someone else out there making a drop in that retains the factory fuel bucket to counter those issues. I'll see if I can find the link. I went with FIC 1200cc injectors in my car but I've been told they can be problematic by some tuners. Mine seem to be running just fine but I'll likely switch to IDs when I go TT in the spring. My advice would be up get some id1050s and call it day.

It really depends on the overall goals of the build, and the fuel type you want to be able to run. The ZL1 pump sounds attractive because of OEM reliability and drop-in ease, but it really is sub-optimal for power levels at mid 600s or better to the tires. If E85 is in the future, it's a further less attractive option as it surely will not provide the necessary fuel volume.
The DSX Aux pump is a really great option as you keep your OEM reliable factory pump, and the DSX pump supplements that only when needed, limiting wear on the pump, and providing plenty of fuel system for all the stock short block should ever see in terms of power. Injectors would not be a place to skimp, as they not only are responsible for the quality (or lack) of driveability, but also the safety of your engine. An uneven flowing set of injectors can absolutely put a cylinder lean and at risk for failure under boost power levels. ID has a proven track record, and 1050s would provide good head-room for your power goals, and the option to run E85 if you were so inclined. At GPI we help customers every day setup supercharger kits and fuel systems - and I'd be happy to help you with yours when your ready. You can feel free to e-mail Andrew@gwatneyperformance.com if I can help reduce the guess-work and make sure you have a solid, reliable, great performing combnation.

I would do it once and be done, go with the fore triple pump.
