I've done a couple of 103db days at Laguna Seca with my stock Z and there were no issues. I think a 93db might be a problem. I did Hooked On Driving once and Lightspeed the other time. Which one are you doing and when? I want to do Laguna and Sonoma this year and great to be there with another Z

I had no problems on 103db even with open valves and full throttle

I believe you void, in hindsight I probably didn't need to close the valves / avoid the sound station

here's my best lap of the day... really nothing special. 1st time on the track, LOTS AND LOTS of traffic.
There was a massive performance gap between my tuned Z28 and the white tuned SS1LE , they guy kept me behind (point by was mandatory to overtake) for the entire session despite I have been "glued" to his back the entire time (except for when people blocked me and it took me 2 corners to get back to him). The video doesn't show well how much I had to lift to not crash into him

it's hard to describe. pics and videos do not allow to perceive how quickly and steeply it descents down... you literally can't see the track... you have to "aim" using a tree on the horizon.
It's iconic. Laguna is fun! As iconic the corkscrew is, the turns that really surprised me are T1 (it's fast, blind and on a crest), T3 (it's surprisingly easy to lose the car there) and T10. I have the entire second session here:
