New SS 1LE owner from Denver CO

Hey all, just picked up a 2019 SS 1LE 6sp in riverside blue! I’ve owned old school Mopars for the past 4 years and so stoked to be in something with the amount of all around performance the 1LE has! I live in Littleton CO and will be spending majority of time in the car hitting the canyons. Pic of Mopar just because I do miss it a bit.

Thanks! Those 340s pack a punch! I’ll always have love for the old school Mopars. These new schools are something else though.

Yes they did!! I had the engine fully built, balanced and blue printed, bored, line honed, decked, magnafluxed, and with all forged internals, pushing 11.5 compression with a Sig Erson TQ-30 torque cam, built 727 trans with a shift kit, and 4.10 gears. She would turn 8-9k rpms all day long! When we raced back when I had her, took down a lot of big block MOPARS!! Was a fun car for sure. But yeah, the new stuff is nice, but with my Camaro built like she is, I can walk all of them no problem, even give the kitty's a hard time.. lol.

CONGRATS on the ride, and Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to Camaro5/6. There is a BIG fridge on the back porch with anything you can think of in it...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. Make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom's, wives', husbands, girlfriends and boyfriends here don't care....and take it easy.

oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here.

Welcome!!

Welcome!

Your car looks like it "might" have the orange shipping spacers still installed on the front springs. These should be removed by the dealer's pre-delivery inspection. I bring it up because there have been way too many instances of them being left in.

Note also that there is a camaro6 forum. Lots of Gen6 SS 1LE info there.
