Exclamation Relays checked, battery checked, fuses checked, new alternator, new compressor

New compressor and new alternator. Relays and battery and fuses checked. New blower motor resistor. New condenser. I checked all my fuses with a multimeter and my relays with an automotive relay tester.

Compressor still won't come on.

40amp fuse just causes air to blow. I unplug it and it stops. I don't feel any coldness on the touch of the HVAC pipes under the hood.

I can't activate my AC switch on my Scan Tool either.

Now also in addition to my HVAC, my 2 radiator fans won't turn on either.

Why? How do I fix?

Do you know if the radiator fans go thru the BCM or HVAC module?

Not sure on the radiator fans.
The BCM does on the HVAC.
Two separate problems?

This might be the one time it would pay to let the mechanics look at instead of throwing more money at it.

^^^ This. Their scan tools can go deeper than most "outside" scanners to see whats up. Good luck.
