Hey Folks,

I also found this great video of the guys at motortrend.com actually driving the VERT! Awesome shots in the video, and overall, they love it!

Great find! The link didn't work...but here's the link below. It starts w/ the wheelie...go down to the bottom and you'll see the vert clips. Those are some great clips, btw. Seeing the vert driving around has begun to make me think.....

I did find this video of an SS doing a wheelie...ran something like an 11.36 @ 84 mph....BUT, HE LET OFF AND HIT THE BRAKES. OUCH! and he still won...hehe

yeah Tag, he was probably in a brackets race.

Running consistent times there matter more than speed. Matching your last run the closest nets you the win there.

Anyways, that vert movie combo is absolutely amazing. I'm gonna wait the extra year and get the vert. That thing just LOOKS FANTASTIC!

A guy nicknamed Pain has a short music video about his modding of a black WS-6 Trans Am and the last race he shows is this short clip. I think he still runs mid 11's but it's cut off on google video. I'm looking for the youtube link now.

OUCH! Nice wheelie. It's pretty cool to see those in vids, but you have to see them at the track do the wheel stands. And yes, I love to bracket race. I've only been once in the past three years...I know. It sucks. But, it's a heck of a lot of fun.
