Im about to be 16 on jan 3 and i paid for my camaro.....in full! and congrats on the new car!

I don't think anyone is pissed off, I sure am not, but physically handing over the money is a whole hell of a lot different than paying for it on your own. That is a part of basic social interaction, you should save that little tidbit of info for the future it will be useful.

Maybe do some of the math. Those cars are not cheap. Did you get a crazy allowance at 10 yrs old? Paid cash? I mean, if you started at 10 years old, you would have needed to save around 1000.00 per month. When I was ten, my allowance wasn't anywhere close to that. LMAO

I used to get 4 quarters a day for my allowance when I was young. On the weekend I would save five bucks and go play some video games, watch a movie, or play sports with friends like bowling with the extra money. If I saved all of that money, I'd have $365 a year. I'd have $10,950 if I saved every penny up until now and if my parents were giving me the allowance still..lol..

As for all these kids claiming they have all this money, perhaps they do, like Hulk Hogan's kid for example..If they are not careful, they will end up in the same situation.

I work at a pizza hut, and a performance shop. I am not no certified mechanic so i pretty much do a lot of bitch work, but the owner lets me work with him on the cars and i learn A LOT. So when i go to college next year, i will have knowledge that most kids do not when starting into a career that they want to pursue. There are still some kids who care in this world! don't give up on us yet!

If kids now a days have money to blow and in a crappy economy, good on them. It seems they have a better job than me. The only way I save enough money is when I go on deployment, put foot to ass for country. And hopefully come home in one piece so I can spend it. I guess what I'm getting at is don't post something that is gonna get you flamed and get mad about it.
