I'm driving my parents car right now. I left the Camaro at their house this weekend until non-snow weather or I move into my garage. I won't be showing up this weekend regardless of the weather after all.

The weather should make a very interesting drive from Atlanta to Charleston, I'm still flying in on saturday morning. It seems everytime I'm in Atlanta there is bad weather..lol

That's where we transplant folks who originated up north do the sandbag trick, throw three or four sand bags (or river rock if the store is out of sand) in the trunk of your car and you should be good to go. Just don't hot dog the gas pedal and keep that traction control ON and you should be okay.

With that said, everyone please take care if you have to go out and about in this weather - be cautious and aware of everyone around you.

The weather button on my computer says it's only 22 in ATL right now and that's not even close to warm enough for things to thaw out. Anyone heard anything about it being cancelled?

I was supposed to drive up earlier this afternoon and spend the night but after I talked with hubby, who said the drive to ATL was a mess this morning when he went to work, I didn't go.

So I was just wondering.

Golly, that doesn't look bad at all, it's just a light dusting. However, it's enough to shut you guys down up there... hell it's enough to shut us down here in Columbus.

Well, I'm not a morning person anyway... and I would have had to get up earlier than I wanted to tomorrow to make it up to Kennesaw by noon.

it's not bad..just a lot of ice on the roads and a lot of wrecks...29 car pileup this morning lol.
