Ah... Thank you all. Interesting info! Does anybody know where or how you can get one? And if it's on both sides? I'm planning on going to/calling my dealer and asking them myself about these "chicklettes", but jw if my fellow camaroans knew first-hand.

You can buy them from a dealer. The stick on with double sided tape that comes attached to them. One on each side of the car.

Somewhere down the road when these cars are collectors its going to be known that only the first ones produced had the "Chicklet"

Just as The Blur said, its the GM "Mark of Excellence." A few years back, the suits at GM decided that they needed to remind people that all these brands/vehicles came from the same "reputable" place. However now, or rather, in late 2009, after going through bankruptcy the same suits realized they could save a few million dollars by removing them on all models, starting with model year 2010. Most 2010 GM vehicles dont have them, unless it was designed into a side molding, in which case its cheaper to use it rather than design/tool a new part.

And to Jeanius's point, I love my MofE too. Not because im a GM fan, but because it will be a special mark when this car is a collectors item.

Those are the "Mark of Excellence" badges. I like them a lot. My Camaro has them and so does my HHR SS.

Both also have the "GM Performance Division" badge under the hood as well. Newer Camaros don't because that division was dissolved with the bankruptcy.

Yep. Around Labor Day they stopped putting the chicklets on. I am #51234 and don't have any, but I do have the Performance Division badge.

Strange...mine was built after Labor Day, so no chicklets, but does have the Performance Division badge under the hood. Anyone else have this treatment?
