Works for us, also catering is fine by me as well. I believe I was on the fence before.

Take a look at the below list. Let me know of any updates/changes. Currently we are looking at 18 Camaros bringing 39 people. I will be working on securing the catering next week. Look for a cost per person to be posted soon. FYI - "X" means that individual will make the roadtrip, " - " means they will be a no show.

Got one quote so far from Delicous Details Catering. This caterer was suggested by the Averys because they already know the layout of the barn's kitchen facilities. To cover 6.75% sales tax and 20% service fee it would calculate out to be $25.00 per person. Choice of lunch packages can be found at http://www.hoodplates.com/deliciousdetails.htm
This caterer has really great food. I'm partial to package 1 or 2.

Thoughts?

Lunch #2, me loves some BBQ.

I will say that "2" for me in the attending column is a maybe. Not entirely sure if I want to bring along anyone yet...
