I'm back

I love this damn car! It's been three years since I drove stick and boy was it a challenge getting back in rhythm. The stop and go traffic was not nice to me on my way back from the dealer!

I will post some pics later tonight. I couldn't find my damn USB cord to my camera last night. I searched everywhere! I will definitly post those bad boys today though.

I'm still without my ride.

It's been sitting at Industry for almost 36 hours now.....just don't seem to want to take it off the rail car.

Salesman just called, he tried to get it twice today and UP says it's a "really big" train so they can't get it unloaded until Monday at the earliest.

Hopefully Monday it is.

My synergy that I ordered arrived at the dealer yesterday. I guess I would have picked it up tonight. However, my wife and I have put about 35 miles on our car since the 10th. That includes the 20 mile ride home from the dealership. It rained 5 of the last 9 days and tomorrow we are getting about 4" of snow. Damn spring snow, what gives? I washed and waxed it last Sunday in hopes of cruising this weekend. Not going to happen. Anyway everybody enjoy your new cars. They are beautiful!

Some pics of our new Camaro. Only had two days of sunshine since we picked it up 10 days ago. And we had to work on those days. I did get about a 20 minute drive in one of those days as the sun was setting. Isn't it the most exhilarating thing! Makes you forget all of your troubles!

Looks great! I'm with you on the most exhilarating thing! Since I picked up my car last Tuesday, I've taken every opportunity I could to drive around - 250 miles so far . I've already done a bunch of acceleration runs, and I can already feel it's getting faster! One other thing that I noticed that I hadn't expected at all: the exhaust is sounding better and better every day

haha....Sorry! I have been burning tanks of gas the past few days. This car is amazing. A complete change from my 4Gen. Here they are! I am not sure if the size I resized them to is still too big. I will fix it if they turn out too huge.




I wasn't liking the dealer emblem that they stuck on they back of the car. So removing that was my first mod. My son found other uses for it...
